I chose this image as a background image after going through the various types of "funny" background/foreground people. i first looked at Ben Shapiro as he would have been funny but then i went through some other stuff and remembered as i had recently followed a Youtuber on instagram who posted this 'cursed' image. its weird and funny and since the caption with it is perfect for it i chose it. I first used the Quick Selection tool to outline the man known as Carson, then i proceeded to Select and Inverse the image and then put it on another blank 8.5x11 paper. then i went to the background layer (layer 0) and picked a gradient and made published it in a radial effect. then i added a drop shadow on the man Carson himself so he could have some depth. then to add the cherry on top i added the referenced title "banan" to fit this "cursed" theme.
Before After
For this image of George Clooney you can see that with Photoshop we made George more representable for the image as if he was in a magazine for cologne. To start off we first had to pick the better looking body part for the eye, nose, and lips. i chose the right eye (left in image), and the left nose (right in image), and the right lip (right in image) and used the rectangle marquee tool in photoshop to maneuver and flip it to match with the other side of the face. then i went around and used the spot healing brush tool to remove all the moles, wrinkles, and blemishes in certain areas around his face, including the weird parts of his "facial hair." Then i went around and used the dodge tool to lighten up his fa ce as if there were actual lighting in the studio. We also used the dodge tool to lighten up and whiten his eyes and pupils a bit to give the lighting look again.
For my shoe ad i used my Adidas Vespa's. The theme of the ad is skateboarding, but specifically on a longboard, because i definitely find these shoes good for longboarding or skateboarding. i used the tropical design after seeing image #1 on top and thought how cool it would be to use a custom background, i also used my own longboard as reference for the tropical design. you can (hopefully) find the background image if you search 80er muster. I chose to used two different text styles/fonts because it added emphasis on the words as is in Image #2. I used the words mysterious as for the fact that you have ALMOST no chance of finding these shoes anywhere on the internet, and such it is a little mystery. I used original as to proclaim that, yes, these are from Adidas and are original, but one of a kind. and finally i used Image #3 as a reminder that i should tilt the image of the shoes to to give a slight amount of "texture" to the image, the effects add emphasis and visual confirmation of the size of the shoe as it was hard to tell without the glow and outer lining of blue.
